The short version. Zambarch collects what you type into the contact form, uses it to reply to you, and does nothing else with it. No mailing list, no newsletter, nothing sold, nothing shared for advertising.

What gets collected

When you use the contact form. Your name, your firm, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, and whatever you write in answer to the question about what you pay for AI today. Only name, firm, and email are required.

When you only read the site. Zambarch uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without following you to other websites. It builds no profile of you, and Zambarch cannot identify you from it.

Zambarch sets no cookies of its own.

Who else sees it

Two services help run this site. Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to Zambarch by email, so your submission passes through their systems on the way. Cloudflare hosts the site and provides the analytics described above.

The pages also load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google sees the request your browser makes for them.

Nobody else receives your information.

What it is used for

To reply to you, and to have a conversation about work you might want done. That is the whole list.

How long it is kept

Contact form submissions arrive as email and stay in the Zambarch mailbox the way any business correspondence does.

Your choices

Write to [email protected] and ask to see what Zambarch holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Say which one you want and it will be done.
